Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business management, or a similar field.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and preferably English.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate a proactive “can do” and “hands-on” mentality.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • You are located in or close to Brussels.
  • Knowledge of digital best practices, SEO strategies, marketing strategies, and social media management is a plus.
  • Experience in sales or responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) is a strong advantage.

Your role

As a Project Manager and Account Manager, you will not only optimize project management processes but also actively contribute to business development. You’ll bridge the gap between client needs and our internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and building long-term relationships.

Your missions

  • Support and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Draft precise briefings to ensure proper production and delivery of projects.
  • Proactively bring in new organizational and strategic ideas.
  • Manage digital projects while monitoring the quality/cost/planning ratio.
  • Establish accurate forecasts and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and respond to calls for tenders (RFPs) with compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Actively engage in sales by identifying opportunities, pitching services, and negotiating contracts.
  • Coordinate a team of creatives and developers to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure fluent communication between clients and internal teams, serving as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and ensuring satisfaction to drive repeat business.
